Canceled Orders
To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer service at info@soothefeet.com before 07:00 PM (Eestern Time) on the same day the order was placed. Kindly include the following information: Order number and Contact information.
Please note that we are unable to cancel orders once the package is in transit. If the package is already in transit, we recommend selecting "Reject" when you receive the delivery call for your package. After we receive the returned package, we will process the cancellation within 1-2 working days.
How to track the package?
Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with the tracking number and carrier details. You can also track your order on our website.
In the rare event that the item is lost in transit, please contact us at info@soothefeet.com. We will either issue a full refund or reissue the items to ensure your satisfaction.
I ordered more than one item, will they all be delivered at the same time?
We will try our best to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options may be used, depending on the product.
